Below are the terms and conditions by which X-Pulse/PHMC GPE LLC offers its service.

Parties:

This agreement is between the following parties:

A: You, the customer. Any mention of “you”, “your”, “student”, “customer”, ”user” or “client” should be considered as equivalent;

And,

B: We at X-Pulse/PHMC GPE LLC. Any mention of “we”, “our”, “the company” or “X-Pulse/PHMC GPE LLC” are considered equivalent.

Terms and Conditions

By visiting the website and registering with a username and password, you hereby assent to the following terms and conditions:

1.Change the scope of this Agreement

PHMC GPE LLC maintains the right to change its terms of service from time to time without the prior approval of our students, teachers or other stakeholders. These changes will be immediately reflected on our website.

2.What payment methods you accept?

We accept Credit Cards and co-branded Debit cards payment through Paypal and/or Stripe. Payment is fully secured with SSL 2048 bit encryption, by making them private and confidential. We do not store your credit card information or other sensitive data on our servers. For any transaction HO1.us uses the services of a secure payment gateway to provide safe and secure payment procedures. Your credit card information is never transmitted via our website since the payment gateway is responsible for collecting, storing and encrypting your data. All the information that is collected is used for products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.

3.What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You agree to abide by any relevant Terms of Service or other legal agreement, whether with X-Pulse or a third party, that governs your use of a given payment processing method. Prices for any Paid Service may change at any time, and X-Pulse does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. You agree to pay for any Paid Service that you order. X-Pulse will charge your credit card or other form of payment for the price listed on the relevant Paid Service offer, along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations. If you purchase any automatically renewing subscriptions, you agree that X-Pulse will charge the payment method on file on the first day of each billing period for the relevant subscription, and if the payment method on file becomes invalid due to an expired credit card or other similar reason and we are unable to charge you on the next billing period, HO1 reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to any Paid Service you have ordered until you update your payment method. If you fail to update your payment method within a reasonable amount of time, HO1 may cancel your subscription.

Billing periods may be every 4 months or annually depending on your lessons subscription. The renewal period applicable to any subscription will be the same as the initial billing period for the Paid Services.

If X-Pulse is required to collect or pay any taxes in connection with your purchase of a Paid Service, such taxes will be charged to you at the time of each purchase transaction. Additionally, if required by law, you are responsible for reporting and paying certain taxes in connection with your purchase and use of a Paid Service. Such taxes may include duties, customs fees, or other taxes (other than income tax), along with any related penalties or interest, as applicable to your purchase or country of purchase.

REFUNDS: All purchases of X-Pulse products and services are final. For X-Pulse Shop merchandise: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact support [@] X-Pulse.org if you have a problem with your X-Pulse Shop Order and would like a reprint or a refund.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS: you purchase a subscription to a Paid Service that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period. You will retain access to the Paid Service from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period, and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. 4.Do you offer discounted group, corporate or student subscriptions?

At this time we do not offer special rates for these audiences. If you have questions about group, corporate, or student subscriptions, you can email GroupSubs [@] X-Pulse.org with your first/last name, business or school name, and number of users who require access. For licensing and distribution inquiries only, please contact us at the address mentioned above.

5.What if I don’t want to subscribe — can I still access content on X-Pulse.org?

Visitors have access to some sections of the X-Pulse.org site Free of Charge. You can re-read an article as many times as you like. Free access section are readable 24/7.
